Common questions

Do I need a prescription to buy a CPAP?

Yes. In the US, CPAP machines and masks are prescription devices. Email us a copy of your CPAP prescription and we'll confirm it before your order ships. Read our prescription policy.

How are used machines cleaned?

Each machine's exterior and air path are cleaned and sanitized. The machine is then run and tested, and the previous user's data is erased. Masks and used tubing are never resold.

Will a heated tube fit my machine?

Only if it matches your model. ClimateLineAir (REF 37296) fits the AirSense 10 only, and ClimateLineAir 11 (REF 39102) fits the AirSense 11 only. Standard non-heated tubing fits both.

What do run hours mean?

Run hours are how long the blower motor has operated in total. They're shown in each machine's About menu, and we photograph that screen for every listing.
