Prescription Policy

CPAP machines and CPAP masks are prescription medical devices. US federal law (21 CFR 801.109) restricts their sale to a licensed healthcare practitioner, or on their order.

What we need

• A copy of your current prescription for CPAP or APAP therapy, from a licensed provider
• The name on the prescription must match the buyer or the patient the order is for

How to send it

Email a photo or PDF of your prescription to hello@restwellcpap.com after you contact us about an item. We'll confirm it before your order ships. If we can't verify a prescription, we'll refund you in full.

Your privacy

We use your prescription only to verify your order. We never share or sell it.

Supplies that don't need a prescription

Tubing, filters and water tubs can usually ship without a prescription. Masks and mask cushions require one.
