Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. All orders have a flat $5.00 US shipping charge, added at checkout. Local pickup is available in Fresno, TX.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Returns on supplies

New, sealed supplies such as filters and tubing can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Contact us first at hello@restwellcpap.com for return instructions. The buyer pays return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened tubing and filters cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Wrong or damaged items

Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
